Four years ago, my life changed forever when I survived a ruptured brain aneurysm. It was a miracle I survived. Half of the people who experience a ruptured brain aneurysm die instantly.

Before that day, I took my brain completely for granted. I focused on staying physically healthy, but I never stopped to think about caring for the organ that makes every thought, memory, dream, and achievement possible.

My recovery changed that forever.

It taught me that our brains deserve the same attention we give to our hearts, our muscles, and every other aspect of our health. That realization strengthened my mission to help pioneer a new category of NeuroWellness™—giving people new tools to improve cognitive performance and achieve their dreams of a better life.

Over the years, I've come to believe something very simple:

Long before my aneurysm, I had already spent years pioneering stroboscopic technology. As co-founder of a company developing visual performance technology for elite athletes, I had the privilege of working with some of the world's best, including NBA superstar Stephen Curry. Even then, I believed this technology had applications far beyond sports. Surviving my aneurysm didn't begin that journey—it gave it a far deeper purpose.

Today, a decade of research at MIT continues expanding our understanding of 40 Hz gamma stimulation and how carefully designed light and sound stimulation may influence brain function. Researchers have explored areas such as amyloid clearance, cerebral blood flow, neural connectivity, and cognitive performance, and the momentum behind this field continues to accelerate.

The science is still evolving, but one thing is becoming increasingly clear: we're only beginning to understand the remarkable potential of this technology.
