Kim Lavine – Founder & CEO: Kim Lavine is a serial entrepreneur, consumer-products innovator and bestselling author with a proven ability to transform bold ideas into nationally recognized brands. She has successfully sold bestselling products into leading retailers including Saks Inc, Macy’s and Whole Foods, and is the author of the critically acclaimed bestseller Mommy Millionaire. Her recovery from a near-fatal brain aneurysm deepened her resolve to advance solutions that help people protect their potential, pursue their ambitions and achieve the lives they dream of.
Craig Tiggleman – Director & Co-Founder: Craig is the third-generation CEO of his family’s national institutional catering business, Canteen. Drawing on decades of executive leadership and firsthand experience operating and growing a national enterprise, he brings valuable strategic, organizational and commercial insight to Hypersence. As a Director and Co-Founder, Craig helps guide the company’s long-term strategy and national growth.
Chokha Palayamkottai – CTO: Chokha has more than twenty years of experience in software development, architecture and design. He is experienced in the areas of Blockchain, AI, Distributed, Scalable and Parallel computing. Chokha is experienced in successfully running large collaborative customer focused technology teams for global fortune 500 companies like United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cisco and IBM, as well as startups, transforming, digitizing and enabling the core business and leveraging key technologies. Chokha was a mentor at Kyyba Xcelerator and was part of the TiE Charter Member and a co-chair for Artificial intelligence track for TiE Midwest region
Dr. Jay Salimath, DO, FACOS - Chief Medical Officer: Dr. Salimath is an accomplished minimally invasive and bariatric surgeon trained at Michigan State University, with fellowship training at Cleveland Clinic. After extensively reviewing the scientific literature on 40 Hz gamma stimulation, he prepared a comprehensive summary examining its potential effects on neuroprotection, microglial activity, blood flow, sleep and cognitive health. His research inspired a deep conviction in the promise of MemorySPEX and a passion for helping Hypersence translate emerging neuroscience into accessible, non-invasive consumer neurowellness technology.
Michael Hidock, COO: Global Vendor Management leader with 20+ years of experience managing high volume supplier manufacturing Across China, Vietnam and India. Specializing in supplier selection and maintenance utilizing scorecards and audits as well as other established Metrics. Providing a complete end to end solution integrating production scheduling and critical path analysis volume vs capacity planning, logistics coordination, production scheduling and factory planning analysis. Additional support capabilities include cost negotiations and cost savings opportunities, tooling qualification and redundancy analysis in order to provide risk mitigation and tooling and product qualification.
